No. There's no introductory rate that jumps at the first renewal: your plan renews at its listed price, and that price stays the same for as long as the plan stays active on your account. Promo codes like EARLY35 take money off your first order only; renewals are at the normal price. If you switch plans, or cancel and sign up again later, the current price for that plan applies. The terms spell this out.

This covers hosting plans. Domain names are priced by the registries, and some renew at a different price from their first year; the add-ons table lists both.

You get an email, not an invoice. Storage is a hard quota, so you'll be asked to clear space or move up a plan before it becomes a problem.
